Our Mission
To assist women in learning how to become the healthiest version of themselves so they will be able to live a life they love and accomplish the goals they really want.
We try to provide a comfortable, safe environment to everyone who visits.
Our FREE monthly meetings are the 1st Monday of every month from 6-7:30 PM
Topics Discussed
Our focus is to help individuals recognize that they aren't alone in their struggles and we develop topics to uplift ones mood and spirit. We discuss a variety of topics including self care, positive self talk and setting boundaries. We believe that we are always learning and growing from each other and share our stories in order to provide understanding and support for unity as a tribe.
Services Offered
We recognize each others strengths and we work together to provide services including counseling, wellness classes, business coaching, decluttering your home & mind, faith based support and motivational speaking,
