Joyful Self Wellness Center is offering a 5 Part Series of workshops focusing on the 5 key areas towards a more joyful life. 

 Cristy Joy, creator of Joyful Self will take participants on a 5 week journey through group discussions, goal setting, journaling, interactive outdoor events, meditation, accountability and weekly support.  Workshops will be a mixture of online events, as well as, outdoor events (all social distancing and mask requirements will be adhered to). You too CAN develop the tools needed to make lasting change within through the following topics:
