5 Week Series: 5 Steps towards your Joyful Self!

Joyful Self Wellness Center is offering a 5 Part Series of workshops focusing on the 5 key areas towards a more joyful life.
Cristy Joy, creator of Joyful Self will take participants on a 5 week journey through group discussions, goal setting, journaling, interactive outdoor events, meditation, accountability and weekly support. Workshops will be a mixture of online events, as well as, outdoor events (all social distancing and mask requirements will be adhered to).
You too CAN develop the tools needed to make lasting change within through the following topics:
Week 1: Honor Yourself,
Week 2: Heal Wounds,
Week 3: Clear Your Mind,
Week 4: Step Out of Comfort Zone
Week 5: Be Silly
These workshops are meant to be in an intimate small group (5 participants only) to allow for deep discussions that will continue through the 5 weeks and beyond. By keeping the sessions small and intimate, it will create a lasting support system.
