Joyful Self Wellness Center is offering a 5 Part Series of workshops focusing on the 5 key areas towards a more joyful life.
Cristy Joy, creator of Joyful Self will take participants on a 5 week journey through group discussions, goal setting, journaling, interactive outdoor events, meditation, accountability and weekly support. Â Workshops will be a mixture of online events, as well as, outdoor events (all social distancing and mask requirements will be adhered to).
